The words of Professor Aldo Muratore

This small gallery of the artist Ottaviani Mauro was born from the need
to have a permanent exhibition where anyone can visit it
free of charge by entering into a relationship with the author and his works.

This distinguished artist from Spello managed to give Italian art a
new and unprecedented artistic message where art and craftsmanship are
fused to express an unusual form of expression: ‘the thrown thread’.

The range of colors used by the artist are infinite in one weaving
so original and in a chinè that always amazes us.

His favorite subjects are: the landscape, natural elements, the reinterpretation

The weaving on the canvases is now composed of a dense interweaving of threads as much
as to confuse the eye and make it look like a real painting.
